Refund policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your therapeutic tools. We accept returns on all physical card decks within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original plastic wrap/packaging to be eligible for a full refund.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Seminars/Workshops: Cancelations requested up to 14 days prior to the event start date are eligible for a full refund. Cancelations made within 14 days of the event are non-refundable but may be transferred to a future seminar date or another attendee.
